Cancel Subscriptions

Customers can cancel a subscription at any time. When canceling a subscription, all future charges associated with this subscription will be canceled. Customers may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

Money Back Guarantee

We provide a refund policy for users who want to cancel their subscriptions but forget to cancel. If you forget to cancel your subscription and have been charged, but the credits have not been used when you contact us again, we will issue a full refund.

We provide 1-month (deducted monthly), 6-month (deducted half-yearly), and 1-year (deducted annually) subscription plans. If less than 10% of the credits are used within 7 days of subscription, a full refund will be issued. If more than 10% of credits are used within 7 days of subscription, only half will be refunded.

Partial Refund Policy

To ensure that customers have enough time to evaluate whether the purchased products and services meet their needs, we also provide users with partial refunds: partial refunds for unused credits during the subscription period.

If a refund is requested due to technical trouble with the purchased product and service, and no solution has been provided within 30 days. In this case, we can pause the subscription to wait for a future upgrade. This will pause future subscription payments for this payee until we manually resume the subscription. Or we can refund the left unused subscription months if the customer doesn't want to wait for a future upgrade. However, we hope customers can cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot the problem by providing detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, and also applying the solutions provided by our support team.

Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Resolving Chargeback

If there is any question about your order and subscription, please contact us and provide us with the detailed information and the relief you seek. We will do our best to solve it to your satisfaction. If a formal chargeback was submitted directly before contacting us, we have the right to terminate the user's use of our products and services permanently.
